How to quickly improve your child's Chinese result (in 6 months).

Chinese Language  is a living language and to improve it you need to practice it. So the three steps to improving Chinese Lanuage in 3 months are:-

1) get audio recordings of Chinese textbook essays and make sure child listens to them and tries to remember the sound of the character and he/she will be able to recite the texts in full without help.

This is a daily exercise and the start is the most difficult due to the massive amount of characters in Chinese Language. However with persistent and perseverance, the child will be able to recognize quite a large amount of characters, therefore able to achieve a basic standard in reading of Chinese Language Texts.

Xuele Opal site, This site has all the audio recordings for all primary level textbooks. Certain units in lower levels even have some interesting games.

This stage may require a child to study 7 hours per day listening and reading out texts to check pronunciation..

2) Understand the texts: parents need to guide their child to understand the texts and after a while ask the child to say in mandarin what he understood. check the child's understanding time to time by asking him/her to recite the text with help and telling the parent its meaning.

This stage may require a shorter time frame but required the parent to first understand the text in order to explain them and to check their child's understanding.
.
3) By persistently training your child with this method, the child will increase his/her vocabulary in a very fast pace and be able to handle spelling and test with confidence.

Good luck.
